About The Consultant John Crofts has had significant experience in the human resource field in both the public, private and international arena. He has postgraduate qualifications in Organization Behavior, Business and Educational Administration. He has lectured in the tertiary sector, co-authored a book on organizational health, written and published articles on organizational change. He has successfully consulted for the past 23 years and has developed a range of skills which include strong facilitation skills, with particular skills in leadership development, team building and deep consulting interventions. His focus is on helping individuals, groups and organizations bring the new to fruition: new products and services, new visions of the future, new strategies for making these visions real, and new ways of working together. As well, he has a depth of experience in designing and facilitating large scale interactive conferences. His clients include many of the best known organizations in Australia and other parts of the Asia Pacific region.
